First identified in Canada in 2010, BMSB has established populations in multiple locations across southern Ontario.
Speakers include two of Ontario’s top insect experts:
- Hannah Fraser’s presentation will focus on the status of BMSB in Ontario, as well as methods to monitor and manage the pest, based on the best available information currently available.
- Cynthia Scott-Dupree will discuss her work evaluating the efficacy of alternative insecticides on BMSB nymphs and identifying pest management options for BMSB.
