New Cider Training Course at Brock University

Brock’s Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) will be offering an intensive week-long course April 24-28. This will be an accredited program under the Cider Institute of North America’s (CINA) renowned training program developed by Peter Mitchell.  This program has only been offered at Cornell University and Oregon State University so it is very exciting to have the program offered in Ontario. The course will cover cider styles, history, juice composition, blending, and fermentation, through lectures, lab work, workshops and tastings.
